airports last year, a rise of
25.1 percent since 2005. Majority of passengers
arrived and departed to the UK (324.9 thousand or 18 percent), Germany (218.5 thousand
of 12.1 percent), Denmark (218.1 thousand or 12.1 percent) and Ireland (135.5 thousand or 7.5 percent). The number
of passengers flying to and from
the United Kingdom soared by 47.9 percent last year compared
to 2005. The number of passengers to and from Germany jumped by 18.4 percent, to Denmark by 22.9 percent and to Ireland by 43.1 percent.
